Renewed Cooperation with EBS University
The EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht is one of Germany´s leading private universities of economics with locations in Wiesbaden and Oestrich-Winkel.
After the collaboration between the EBS University had a successful start last year, Mr. Michael Klingelhöfer from DWS and IRM Manageming Director Thomas Krings will accompany the lecture „Fact Real Estate – Cashflow Modelling“ as freelance lacturerers in the upcoming winter semester again.
Again this duo of lecturers will not only impart theoretical contents to the students, but will give them an insight into practive in particular: in addition to the lectures students will get to know how to work with the RE-VC in order to understand complex cause and effect relations and to deepen their knowledge of real estate management.
