Planning cluster in lifecycle planning
Using additional planning clusters, the object specification levels can be extended within the lifecycle planning in the RE-VC. Previously, each property could be additionally assigned to one of the following planning clusters:
- Quadrants of the 27-field matrix or
- age of building classes or
- risk classes or
- construction methods or
- object types or
- asset classes
The additional cluster have the option of creating individual value lists. In a dashboard for the cluster administration the real estate can be assigned to the respective issues. The values for each real estate can also be assigned as part of the data import (table RealEstate).
All additional planning clusters area automatically created once as an object via the RE-VC under the affected resarch countries. This planning option has been integrated into the standard for a long time.
New is the creation of up to 5 individual, own cluster types, for which attribute value lists are stored. These objects also appear in the research area under the corresponding country. The 5 individual cluster types are in a ranking, which is processed within the default setting of the planning data. The ranking can be determined by the company on the database with the setup.
