The EBS, the IRM & the RE-VC

The EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht is one of the leading private universities of economics in Germany with locations in Wiesbaden and Oestrich-Winkel.

In the winter semester 20/21, the EBS and the IRM will work together for the first time. As part of the lecture „Fact Real Estate – Cashflow Modelling“ Dr. Allendorf from Allendorf Consulting, Michael Klingelhöfer from DWS und IRM - Managing Director Thomas Krings will accompany the lecture as freelance lecturers.

The team of lecturers will not only impart the theoretical teaching content to the students, but also give them an insight into practice. In addition to the lectures, the students will also get to know how to work with the RE-VC in order to work out different sceanrios and create analyzes. Whether it is the modeling of complex vehicles or methods for mapping multilevel capital waterfalls - the students not only deepen their knowledge of real estate management, but they also have the opportunity to clearly understand cause-and-effect relations with the RE-VC.
