IRM project methodology

To achieve systematic and transparent methodology in projects, IRM applies the PROMET process method. PROMET (PRocess METhod ) was developed by the Information Management Group (IMG) and the University of St. Gallen (Switzerland) under the leadership of Prof. Dr. Hubert Österle and his research team. PROMET supports a company’s universal transformation process, taking it from strategy development through the setting up of processes and finally to implementation of a new solution in company systems. Business Engineering means systematic development of new business solutions. Business Engineering breaks down the transformation of companies into manageable steps, offers guidance in working through these steps and combines them into procedural models for projects.
